A few guidelines that keep the studio calm

Everyone is welcome

Studio Beauty Box is an inclusive and judgment-free space. We warmly welcome clients of all genders, identities and backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community. Every guest deserves to feel comfortable, respected and cared for.

Cancellations and no-shows

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.

• Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, are charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• This lets us look after our time and offer the slot to someone else who is waiting.

Running late

Arriving on time lets us give you the full, unhurried service you booked.

• If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• If time allows, we can offer a shorter version of your service that fits the remaining slot.
• Depending on the circumstances, the full service price may still apply.

Guests and children

Guests and children are welcome. To keep the studio comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that:

• Only one accompanying guest joins you during your appointment.
• Larger groups are not able to be accommodated.
• Children stay supervised at all times, so that the work and other guests' comfort are not disturbed.

Respect and kindness

We do our best to make every visit a good one, and we ask our guests for the same warmth in return — towards our staff, other clients and the studio itself. Inappropriate, abusive or disruptive behaviour may result in refusal of future services.
